A quick field guide

  1. Open your assigned plan.

    Use the personal survey link sent by Harding. It opens your workspace on your own device. The Current tab shows assigned work; History shows your completed surveys.

  2. Record a reading.

    Choose Acceptable or Damp, then tap the plan to place a green or red cross. Add a reading or reference in Plan details if needed.

  3. Add an arrow note.

    Choose Arrow note. Tap the location to point to, then tap where the text box should sit. Write your note in Plan details.

  4. Adjust and complete.

    Use Select to move markings or arrow points. When your survey is ready, choose Complete survey. Completed plans are read-only; an offline completion waits for confirmation when you reconnect.

Before going offline

Open the app online, download your assigned plan and wait for offline access to be ready. Reopen the same app address in the same browser. Offline access is for the last verified account on this personal device, for up to seven days after verification.

Device saving and server saving are separate. Check the saving indicators before leaving. Changes saved on this device are sent when you reconnect and open the app. A plan changed elsewhere may need review before it can sync.

Sign out removes this account’s cached plans. If work is still waiting to upload, keep an editable backup before removing it. Clearing browser data or using private browsing can also remove device copies.

Export PDF creates a finished copy of the marked plan. Backup keeps the original PDF and editable markings. Your downloaded files remain wherever you save them.

Administrators prepare and assign plans and create personal access links. Surveyors do not need a Zoho account.
